Article was rather funny to read and the tone used here was conclusive that CBI should check their timing if they don't want to get embarrassed next time when they are actually doing their work.
The Author takes some pity on CBI's so called timing in raiding the son and other close relatives just a day after DMK's official withdrawl from the UPA government. Though CBI have their own version to share that they have been tracking the details of Karunanidhi's kins who have been using foreign cars, gathering necessary evidence to prove that none of the foreign cars, which cost a ton, had a tax payment for thier import, it seems interesting to beleive that the DMK's withdrawl followed by immediate income tax raid is a sheer coincidence.
The Author suggests that atleast the head of the CBI should have been careful in choosing the dates because the media has sensatinalised the new of such grave measures to be a mere political stunt. CBI works for no government and the public wants beleive the same, so such ridicules have to be carefully dealth to avoid coincidences in future. though prime minister sent out a message that its very unfortunate that the politicians of the south had a CBI raid, it was used as a part of mockery by the media as a warning signal to those who have plans to withdraw thier support from the UPA government. Author also brings out a clear opinion that CBI should be extra cautious if they want to continue their work religiously without any kind of interference from the unwanted politics.
