This article is rather a frustration of the author that the guilty don't get punished in the right time in India. More over the author has cited subjective examples comparing the master minds behind terror plots as the archers in a war and those who execute the plan are foot soldiers. He says that India should rather feel ashamed but not proud in sentencing these foot soldiers because the real master minds always get away in spite of knowing there where-abouts.
As Media gets more interested to highligt the verdict of Mr.Sanjay Dutt on the issue of Mumbai blasts 1993, Author takes a leap into the core of the problem that is the punishement to the actual culprits of the blasts. First of all its irritates both author and reader on delay of the verdict for the crimes committed almost a decade ago.
Author rightly says that the master minds who plan such crimes always get away inspite of knowing thier hiding, excuse either being political or situational. Then he also points on the systems which takes so much time to trail those who are mere puppets who just fell victims in carrying out such viscious plots. Even though government gives some consolation by giving harsh punishments, Author beleives that such verdicts will not be sufficient to avenge the death of those who have lost thier lives and those who still live in the momory of the lost onces.Solutions still seems impossible but the author ends the article with a little bit of optimissim that either government should speeden up the trail process before the heal is wound and the issue forgotten or find the masterminds without bowing to the pressure of inter mecountty relations or politics of high measure. Author ends the note with a mere analogy that foot soldiers though get killed at first, the real victory and courage is behold on those who could crack and be brave enough to infiltrate the archers and bring them to justics for the grave crimes they have done.
