Though America is trying hard to stop Fire Arms use in all continents so that America is safer from the world, the irony is She has failed to take basic preventive steps to protect her own people from the threat of psychopaths present in her own land. This article is a straight arrow into the heart of the super nation which is still struggling  to bring in stringent laws keep itself safer from random shootouts that had been happening in recent times for USA.
