Hindu : 18 Apr - Editorial : Resources below, Turmoil above

This article talks on how Central African Republican is facing a serious civic rule crisis with constant protest from the opposition to dissolve the existing government for the sake of peace and equality of rights among the minority. It starts with how various groups from a long time have played their part and thus become directly responsible for a troubled modern history for Africa. Though a democratic government was formed in 2003, the same president had won the election even on 2005 and 2011 yet he failed to improve the condition in his own country by means of improving standard of living or education and worst preventing terrorist protests. Because of his in efficiency, we are told that over 175,000 people have been displaced and that situation will tun intense if an immediate steps are taken to save 4.5 million of Central Africa.

Apart from central Africa's regular problems, there seems to be other external problems where child terrorist army are a threat. Though many of them die at young age, a country so poor cannot bear such kind of a loss from a younger generation under the name of political freedom. though a new president would be elected soon, the country is worried since its a muslin and he would be concentrating more on his own muslim minority living in that country. Article ends with a fact that CAR being a country highly rich in resources is poor in terms of resources and thu should take the help of peace keepers before it crosses the point of no return keeping in mind the lives of million who still believe that good days are ahead.
